Owned by father and son, Dave and Tim, it started as a hobby for them. They roasted their coffee at home for nearly ten years before moving into their storefront in Pickering!
Their direct trade business model means that they deal with the producers directly. This model allows for a beneficial relationship between them and the producers, ensuring sustainability, quality, and fairer prices.
