Trebilcock Coffee Roasters

Published August 22, 2023

We had a great time checking out Trebilcock Coffee Roasters in Pickering and learning about their process.

Owned by father and son, Dave and Tim, it started as a hobby for them. They roasted their coffee at home for nearly ten years before moving into their storefront in Pickering!

Their direct trade business model means that they deal with the producers directly. This model allows for a beneficial relationship between them and the producers, ensuring sustainability, quality, and fairer prices.

We hope you enjoy the interview!
